All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or make substitutions if necessary.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but slight variations in colour, aroma, or texture may occur — this is part of the natural quality of our spices.

3.  Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Yahlu’s products are GST-free, as food-grade spices are exempt under Australian tax law.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods provided through Shopify’s secure payment gateway.

4.  Shipping

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 72 hours of purchase.
Standard shipping within Australia takes approximately 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total price of your order, with orders over $50 receiving complimentary standard shipping. Express options are also available. Currently, we only ship within Australia, however we are working on shipping worldwide.

When possible, we open up free local delivery for our neighbours in Fitzroy, Collingwood and Abbotsford, with no minimum order value.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or circumstances beyond our control, however we will work with you to remedy any issues that may arise.
